Immigration Filing Fees are due PRIOR to filing your case and must be in a personal or business check form. Payments to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security / USCIS are NOT refundable by the U.S. government or our firm.
Our retainer fees DO NOT include any government application or petition fees.
ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS INTERVIEW:

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security and USCIS has the discretion to require an in-person interview by a U.S. Immigration or U.S. Embassy Official on any non-immigrant or immigrant-based petition in order to review any forms or applications they deem necessary. You are allowed legal representation at these interviews and may contract our office to represent you at said interview. Costs of travel and lodging are not included in the representation fee and must be covered by the client.
MEDICAL EXAM & PASSPORT PHOTOS:

At the time of filing your Green Card Application, there may also be minimal fees associated with providing the U.S. Department of Homeland Security / USCIS with Medical Exams and/or Passport Photos. In the United States, attorney–client confidentiality otherwise known as “attorney–client privilege” is one of the oldest recognized privileges for confidential communications protected by the United States Supreme Court. By assuring confidentiality, the privilege encourages clients to make “full and frank” disclosures to their attorneys, who are then better able to provide candid advice and effective representation. Thus, anything said or divulged to our office in consulting or representing you will be held and maintained as confidential information. We ask that you fully disclose any arrests, convictions, or warrants that you or a family member may have, as well as any changes of address, violations of any U.S. or foreign laws, and any travel, legal or illegal, into and out of the United States by you or a family member.
