Congratulations to our client, an Architectural Designer, currently living and working in the U.S., on receiving an approval of their EB-2 NIW and Green Card.
This individual entered the U.S. on an F1 student visa and then adjusted status based upon the EB-2 NIW as a self-petition. The EB-2 NIW petition was approved in less than 6 months despite the fact that an RFE was issued.
The Green Card was then approved approximately 15 months after the EB-2 NIW petition was approved, despite the fact that a number of requests to expedite the Green Card were submitted. Fortunately, no face-to-face interview was required, and the Green Card was issued by mail.
